Seeking an experienced and passionate Grant Writer to research, write, and apply for grants on behalf of our nonprofit. We want to submit grants for capacity-building, capital funding, programs, and sustainability. Our organization, PureHeart is dedicated to providing male emancipated foster youth between the ages of 18 and 21 with housing stability, mental health support, and comprehensive continuity of care. Our mission is to empower emancipated foster youth by providing safe housing and comprehensive support that fosters mental, emotional, and personal growth. Through tailored mental health programs and life skills development, we create a foundation for independence and long-term success, helping youth thrive in adulthood.
