We are Looking for a Full Time Permanent Role as Development Manager (Fundraising & Grant Writer skills).

Position Summary: We are looking for an experienced, intrepid fundraiser and grant writer who, in close coordination with the ED, is responsible for identifying, cultivating, and securing a diverse base of financial support. Candidates should have high standards of excellence, be mission-driven, and be comfortable with achieving a $4 million annual fundraising goal. Proficient writing skills, interpersonal skills, and keen attention to detail are ideal traits. Grants management: Research, review, writing, and editing of organizational proposals for funding from private donors, public foundations, and/or institutional donors. Maintain the current foundation portfolio. Identify and submit regular solicitations to new potential sources of support. Manage collaborative relationships with partners for joint fundraising, when applicable, or with program staff as needed. Manage internal database of grant proposals and reports, including tracking deadlines and notifying relevant staff with adequate time to complete all grant/reporting requirements. Fundraising: Build and implement an annual donor stewardship program. Take the lead on organizing fundraising projects with a defined monetary and list-building goals.
