Title: Grant Writer for Nonprofits, For-Profits and Veterans Location: Remote Job Type: Contract/Freelance Responsibilities: Research and identify potential funding sources (federal, state, local, and foundation grants). Write and submit grant proposals and applications. Develop and maintain relationships with funders. Collaborate with organizational staff to gather necessary information for proposals. Track and report on the progress of submitted applications. Ensure compliance with all grant requirements and deadlines. Qualifications: Proven experience in grant writing, with a successful track record. Knowledge of federal, state, local, and foundation grant processes. Excellent research, writing, and editing skills. Strong organizational and project management skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Experience working with both nonprofit and for-profit organizations is a plus.
