Project Description: We have a newly incorporated urban micro-farm based in Lansing, Illinois. Our mission is to build a scalable, regenerative food production system integrating microgreens, gourmet mushrooms, rainwater harvesting, solar power, and chef-focused CSA models. We are currently preparing to launch Phase 0.8 and are seeking a grant writer to help us identify and apply for startup, agriculture, sustainability, infrastructure, and clean energy grants at the local, state, or federal level.
