Key qualifications include: - Demonstrated experience in writing successful grant proposals specifically tailored to address Native American community needs and concerns. - In-depth understanding of water-related challenges faced by Native American communities. - Proficiency in researching, identifying, and applying for grants related to water projects, conservation efforts, and community development initiatives. - Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders, including tribal leaders, community organizations, and governmental agencies. - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey project goals, objectives, and outcomes to potential funding sources.
