Grant Writer Needed for Research and Applications on Behalf of CA Nonprofit

We are a 501(c)(3) organization registered in San Diego. We are an animal rescue with a base in China, rescuing dogs from the meat trade, rehabilitating them and finding them homes in the west. As a non-profit, we rely entirely on grants and donations and as our organisation grows (currently have 1400+ animals in our care), so do our costs. We're seeking a grant writer with experience in non-profits (specific experience with animal rescue would be a bonus) willing to research and apply for grants on our behalf.
