Grant Writer wanted for application to Michigan Small Business grant, Match on Main, to be given to a business with a plan to develop further.

Match on Main is an annual grant for Michigan small business owners. My wife Melanee and I have owned and operated a real estate LLC called Bornemann Realty. We specialize in affordable housing for tenants and families that can not afford to purchase a home. Are homes are all in standard rent condition but require both light structural, aesthetic work, and climate control updates (heating and cooling). My plan is to work with my property manager and ion 2 properties out of the three I own 1) install updated siding, 2) change electrical board from 60 amps to 100 amps, 3) install a central AC, and replace at least one toilet, and install at least one ambient gas fireplace.
