GrantWriterTeam.com Terms of Use Agreement

Welcome to GrantWriterTeam.com! This Terms of Use Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "you") and GrantWriterTeam.com ("GrantWriterTeam," "we," or "us"), governing your use of the GrantWriterTeam.com website (the "Website") and any related services provided by GrantWriterTeam (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Website or Services, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the Website.

Eligibility
1.1. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Website and Services. By accessing or using the Website or Services, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older.

GrantWriterTeam.com Services
2.1. GrantWriterTeam.com provides an online platform that connects individuals or organizations seeking grant writing services ("Clients") with independent grant writers ("Writers") who advertise their services on the Website.
2.2. GrantWriterTeam.com does not provide grant writing services but acts as an advertising marketing platform where both Clients and Writers can advertise to find each other.
2.3. GrantWriterTeam will not mediate between you and a client or grant writer.
2.4. GrantWriterTeam.com does not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or reliability of the grant writing services provided by Writers. Clients are responsible for assessing the qualifications, experience, and suitability of Writers for their specific needs.
2.5. GrantWriterTeam does not guarantee the acquisition of new Clients through advertising on our platform.
2.6. GrantWriterTeam does not guarantee the quality of the Clients or the payments from Clients met on the website and shall be held harmless for any monetary loss. We do suggest that grant writers work with small retainers and small multiple deliverables to prevent work that may go unpaid.
2.7. GrantWriterTeam does not guarantee that a classified ad will get grant writer applicants.

User Responsibilities
3.1. Users agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account and using the Website and Services.
3.2. Users are solely responsible for their interactions with other Users. GrantWriterTeam.com is not responsible for any disputes, damages, or liabilities arising from such interactions.
3.3. Users agree not to use the Website or Services for any illegal, harmful, or unauthorized purposes. Users shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using the Website and Services.
3.4. Grant Writers may not claim to be an employee of GrantWriterTeam.com whether in person or online.
3.5. Grant Writers should respond to grant-seeker inquiries in a timely manner, preferably within 24 hours.
3.6 Grant-Seekers should respond to grant writers responding to their classified ads in a timely manner, preferably within 24 hours.

GrantWriterTeam.com Account
4.1. Users are required to create an account to access all features of the Website and Services.
4.2. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities that occur under their account.
4.3. Users agree to notify GrantWriterTeam.com immediately of any unauthorized use of their account or any other breach of security.
4.4. If GrantWriterTeam receives complaints from Clients about a Grant Writer, we reserve the right to remove the Grant Writer advertisement from our platform without warning or notice. Refunds will not be made. Auto renew will be canceled.
4.5. Grant Writers must fully complete their profile on GrantWriterTeam.com, digitally sign the contract that acknowledges their responsibilities and GrantWriterTeam.com policies and pay the advertising fee before their profile can be posted on the website. Incomplete profiles will not be published.
4.6. GrantWriterTeam reserves the right not to publish incomplete profiles. Refunds will not be given for incomplete profiles.
4.7. If GrantWriterTeam receives complaints from Grant Writers about a classified ad posted by a grant-seeker, we reserve the right to remove the Grant-Seeker advertisement from our platform without warning or notice. Refunds will not be made. 
4.8. GrantWriterTeam shall remain harmless to any problems with clients and hereby advises grant writers that before they work with a client, they should do their due diligence: Review and verify the organization’s eligibility, qualifications, experience, website, and portfolio. Speak with their board members and review their 990s.

Fees and Payments
5.1. The Grant-Seeker pays a one-time fee in USD to publish their classified ad seeking a grant writer. There are four payment options available that the Grant-Seeker can select from:
$25.00 for one week (7 days)
$50.00 for 2 weeks (14 days)
$70.00 for 3 weeks (21 days)
$85.00 for 4 weeks (28 days)
5.2. The Grant Writer pays GrantWriterTeam a weekly USD $30.00 advertising fee or monthly USD $100.00 advertising fee to publish their grant writer profile on GrantWriterteam.
5.3. $30.00 weekly advertising fee for a Writer is for a duration of 7 days, commencing from the date of payment. The $100.00 monthly advertising fee for a Writer is for a duration of 30 days, commencing from the date of payment.
5.4. The Grant Writer advertising fee will automatically renew and continue to charge on a recurring basis unless and until the Grant Writer cancels the automatic recurring payment within their GrantWriterTeam account, or if their profile is suspended or discontinued by GrantWriterTeam.com.
5.5. The Grant Writer can cancel the automatic payments in their account prior to their next auto renewal (which can process as early as 12:01 am EST, on the date payment is due).
5.6. If there is a price increase, as long as the Grant Writer remains current and on automatic renewal, they will not be affected by any advertising price change, until they cancel their automatic renewal and start a new payment.

Pricing Changes
5.7 GrantWriterTeam is not obligated to notify Grant Writers or Grant-Seekers of future pricing changes. The User will see the updated pricing on the website when they start a new payment.

Refunds
5.8 There are no refunds provided for advertising fees. Refunds will not be made, for any reason. 

Intellectual Property Rights
6.1. GrantWriterTeam.com retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Website, Services, and all related intellectual property.
6.2. Users agree not to reproduce, modify, distribute, display, or create derivative works of any part of the Website or Services without the prior written consent of GrantWriterTeam.com.
6.3. Users and any representative thereof is prohibited from blogging/writing, publicizing about PGWHC, Inc., GrantWriterTeam, Libby Hikind or anyone or thing related to companies without express approval of Libby Hikind or her predecessor. Such behavior will be considered breach of confidentiality and opens the User to pay monetary compensation and a legal action.
6.4. In the relationship with GrantWriterTeam, grant writers and grant seekers will be privy to Confidential Information that they agree that they will keep information or material that is commercially valuable to GrantWriterTeam and not generally known in the industry, confidential.

Termination
7.1. GrantWriterTeam.com reserves the right to suspend, terminate, or modify the Website or Services at any time without prior notice.
7.2. Users may terminate their account at any time by following the instructions on the Website or requesting termination by emailing support@GrantWriterTeam.com. Termination of the account will result in the removal of the User's profile and related information from the Website.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
8.1. GrantWriterTeam.com does not endorse, guarantee, or make any representations regarding the quality, accuracy, or reliability of any content or services provided by Users.
8.2. Users acknowledge that their use of the Website and Services is at their own risk. The Website and Services are provided on an "as-is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind.
8.3. In no event shall GrantWriterTeam.com be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of the Website or Services.
8.4. GrantWriterteam.com shall be held harmless to any potential liability arising from a grant writer’s work and for any lack of payment from a grant seeker.
8.5. GrantWriterTeam will utilize their established GrantWriterTeam.com website to advertise grant writer profiles to grant-seekers who come to the GrantWriterTeam website.
8.6. While GrantWriterTeam strives to provide a platform where grant writers can advertise to grant-seekers, the results may vary and depends on various factors.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
9.1. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, U.S.A.
9.2. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the State of Florida, U.S.A.

Miscellaneous
10.1. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the User and GrantWriterTeam.com regarding the use of the Website and Services.
10.2. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable.
10.3. The failure of GrantWriterTeam.com to enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

By using the GrantWriterTeam.com Website and Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Terms of Use Agreement.
